Sourland Bread has been owned and operated for 13 years by our founder Mary Parr and her wonderful team of bakers and instructors. We are not a gluten free certified kitchen, as we make traditional organic long-fermented sourdough inside the space as well. We do our best to mix the gluten free sourdough on a different day that we mix our regular sourdough, and when we bake, they go on a completely different rack to avoid cross-contamination. We do our best, but please do keep in mind that we are in a kitchen that is not certified and on other days we do use whole grain flour that contains gluten, so we will leave it up to your discretion. We can happily say that people who are gluten intolerant enjoy our gluten free breads on the regular and love them!

This isn't just a bread, it is a meal! The bread is very dense and filling. Maybe a little different than the 'boule' type that you might have enjoyed before being gluten free but the flavor is definitely sourdough. A perfect base to build your breakfast on... eggs or avocado toast or just butter and jelly. Enjoy!
