It’s whole grain, sourdough bread that is made with 100% organic, LOCAL gluten-free flour!  This means that we source our ingredients from farms and mills (River Valley Community Grains and Morganics Family Farm) just miles of the bakery. It is not sprayed with pesticides and is milled with integrity and love.
