A truly special gluten-free spanakopita wrapped in our extraordinary gluten-free puff pastry. These savory gluten-free spinach pies are delicious crowd pleasers. What a great way to get kids to eat their veggies!
Directions
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Let thaw at room temperature for 25 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove hors d’oeuvres from box and plastic tray and place on non-stick baking pan 1 inch apart. Bake on center rack of oven approximately 20 minutes or till puff pastry is a light golden brown. Bake 20-25 minutes (conventional oven) or 15-20 minutes (convection oven). For food safety and quality, follow cooking instructions. Product may be very hot after cooking. Not recommended for toaster oven. Do not microwave.

These were one of the first 'fun' items I found when I first had to go gluten free. On football Sundays, my family always got to enjoy fun appys and I was left out until I found these! I loved them and I loved that I was now included. I don't dip them in anything, I just enjoy them as is!
